Escorted
by Lou Holtz after the championship season, the tour took place in May of 1989.
Overnights were at the Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews, The Gleneagles Hotel and
the Turnberry Hotel. Golf was played at the Old and New Courses at St. Andrews,
Prestwick, Murfield, Gleneagles, Royal Troon and the Turnberry courses. Tour included
a complete sightseeing program.
